The phone minute is higher than double the raw network minute because connecting a call to a person has its own carrier charge.

Pricing questions
Is the AI receptionist included?
No. Phone, text, and AI answering are add-ons on every plan. Each has a monthly base that includes a set of minutes, texts, or tokens. Past that you pay per minute, per text, and per token, the same units we are charged, with a markup. The estimate assistant stays in the software plan.
Can I buy just the phone?
Yes. The phone number and call routing stand on their own. Text and AI answering both need the phone, because they use that number. All three together are a lower monthly base than buying them separately. The included amounts and the per-unit rates stay the same.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and you won't be charged for the software unless you add a card. Phone, text, and AI answering are not part of the free trial. They start when you turn them on.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up takes effect right away; moving down takes effect at your next billing date. Add-ons can be turned on or off on any plan.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
The software plans have no setup fee. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are paid yearly at a lower monthly rate. Turning on shop texting is $79 once. That pays the carrier's brand registration, the campaign review, and the three months of campaign fees they bill up front. The phone by itself has no setup fee.
Do field techs count as users?
Each plan includes a number of office users and field techs, shown on the card. Past that, an extra office user is $19 a month and an extra field tech is $12. Team includes unlimited seats. Texts a tech sends from their own phone are not on the text meter.
Is payroll included?
No. Payroll is $50 a month plus $7 per employee on every plan. Tax filing, the books, job costing, GPS and dispatch, and HR are separate add-ons. Tax filing needs payroll. Payroll, tax filing, and the books together are $110 a month plus the same $7 per employee, instead of $135 plus $7.
