Terms of Service

Effective [launch date]. These terms cover your use of Full Service Pro, provided by JiggerBit LLC, doing business as Full Service Pro ("we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Free trial

New accounts get a free trial for the period shown at sign-up. No payment method is needed. When the trial ends, the account pauses until you choose a paid plan. We don't delete trial data without notice.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel any time; the plan runs until the end of the period you paid for. Prices can change with 30 days' notice. Payment processing fees for payments you collect from your own customers are separate.

Your data

You own the content you put into the service. You give us permission to host and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Get proper consent before you text or email your customers, including under the TCPA and 10DLC carrier rules. Don't upload content you don't have the right to use. Don't try to disrupt or break into the service.

AI features

AI features draft content such as estimates, messages and reports. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before you rely on it or send it. Material quantities and prices are estimates, so confirm them before you order or quote.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those the law requires. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
