Privacy Policy

Effective [launch date]. Full Service Pro ("we", "us") provides field-service software for contracting businesses at fullservicepro.net and fullservicepro.app. Full Service Pro is a trade name of JiggerBit LLC, Great Falls, Montana. This policy covers information about visitors to our website, businesses that subscribe ("customers"), and their users.

Information we collect

• Account details you give us at sign-up: business name, trade, team size, your name, email and phone.
• Website activity: pages visited, the site or campaign that referred you (UTM tags and ad click IDs), device type, screen size, language, time zone, scrolling, clicks on buttons and links, which forms you started (not what you typed), page speed, and a random visitor ID stored in your browser. Our server logs a shortened IP address that gives your approximate country and state. Unless you turn them off (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, only if you turn them on), Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also collect usage data, and Google Ads and Meta measure which ads led to a sign-up. • Chat messages you send the website AI assistant.
• Customer content: the records our customers keep in the app about their own customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, photos, time and payroll. We process customer content on the customer's behalf and only to provide the service.
• Payment information is handled by our payment processors, which tokenize card data. We never store full card numbers or security codes. Bank details connected through Plaid or ACH are encrypted at rest, and we never receive online-banking passwords.

How we use it

We use this information to create and run your account, provide support, send service and billing messages, improve the product, keep the service secure, and meet our legal obligations. We don't sell personal information.

AI features

AI features send the minimum content needed for a task (for example, a job description for an estimate draft) to our AI service providers, under their business terms. Every AI request is logged in the customer's account. AI output that reaches a customer's own clients is reviewed or approved by the customer, unless the customer switches on an automation.

Text messaging

If you opt in, we send account and setup texts. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We don't share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See SMS terms.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing, AI processing, analytics), when the law requires it, or with your direction.

Security and retention

Connections use TLS, and customer personal data is encrypted at rest. We keep account data while the account is active and as long as needed afterward for legal, tax and dispute purposes. Customers can export or ask us to delete their data.

Cookies, analytics and ads

We don't sell personal information for money. When marketing cookies are on, the ad platforms we use (Google and Meta) receive website activity so they can measure our ads. US state privacy laws may treat that as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out any time in cookie settings, which are also linked in every page footer as "Do not sell or share my info." We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and marketing stay off until you opt in. We keep website statistics for up to two years.

You can access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of marketing emails, by emailing privacy@fullservicepro.net. Change cookie choices in cookie settings.

We'll post updates here and change the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll notify customers by email.
